Got a song that you’re ready to pitch or present as a finished product that is not headed for Music Row or Nashville? This is the place to post it for comments and critiques.

Lyrics Have LYRICS critiqued by some of the best writers in the world! Please Post NO MORE Than 1 Lyric Per Day; and Please Try To Critique At Least 3 Lyrics By Other Members For Each Lyric You Post. This Will Have The Effect Of Helping YOUR SONGS Get Plenty Of Responses Too. (Guest Writers From Nashville Will Occasionally Post Critiques For The Benefit of The Members too!) Please DO NOT post Re-writes in this forum. Use the Re-write forum shown below.

Have you RE-Written a song that has already been critiqued in one of the "Lyric Forums?" Please try to wait at least ONE WEEK before posting it in the Re-Write forum. This will help ensure that you get Fresh Feedback from the members; and, to make sure you give yourself a chance to set aside your lyric for a few days after a re-write and come back to it with a fresh perspective before you post it again. Be sure to post the first song version along with your Re-write for comparison!

The Place To Post Your Songs When... They Have MP3's or Other Audio Links Posted With The Lyrics. (Guest Writers From Nashville Will Occasionally Post Critiques For The Benefit Of The Members too!)

The Nashville Bound section is designed to post songs people feel are ready to be pitched on Music Row right now, not for works in progress (which is what the Audio section is for). In this section, the bar is set higher. Performance counts. Prosody rules. Song should be polished for pitching

FAWM stands for "February is Album Writing Month" and the idea is to kick out the cobwebs and be prolific all month. So post your songs here to keep a record and see how far you can go! The pressure is on.
